The All New Apple iPod Nano Chromatic

“Nano” is a term used that means one billionth of. So we can imagine that the Nano Chromatic iPod has two select traits, it is both small and comes with a ton of colors, thus the chromatic part. The Nano Chromatic, Apple’s new entry level MP3 player, comes in 9 colors (that’s a heck of a lot). Also, it features either an 8 GB hard drive or a 16 GB one. Prices start at just around 150 dollars for the 8 GB version.

All of these features might be buying points for some but the best part is the screen. The Nano Chromatic features a widescreen display with a 320 by 240 screen resolution allowing 204 pixels per inch. The best part is that you can watch videos and all your photos in a very eye friendly manner. The widescreen age is in full gear now and it is obvious Apple is keeping up. Also, the screen is fairly large for a portable music player, at just around 2  inches. The click wheel has not changed and there really is no reason for Apple to change it. You can listen to your iPod songs for a mere 24 hours. That is equivalent to a roundtrip from Los Angeles to London. The only feature missing from this music player is WiFi, which you really don’t expect to have on a MP3 player like this.
