No, that’s not a typo.
The popular French retailer, FNAC, is currently offering no-contract iPhones for about $1,100. And that’s just for an 8G model. This is a temporary deal of course, since French competition agencies have ruled that Apple and Orange’s deal is illegal.
So it’s not like you’ll save much in the long run, we just thought you’d like to know.
